This game is the foundation of 7Skills.

• Pitches 10m x 5m with cones for goals.

• 1v1 football match.

• No goal keeping.

• If the ball touches the ‘post’ cone it is not a goal.

• Instead of throws or corners ‘check’ the ball.

Check ball:

• Player stands on touch line and passes the ball to opponent.

• Player steps into play

• Opponent passes the ball back.

• Free play resumes.

Variations

I tend to use Rodizio as an adaptation to other games, ie. when playing pássaro I stop the games, call ‘rodizio’ and they continue against new opponents.
