Dribbling
Moving the ball past opponents confidently with both feet at near maximal pace, finishing with an accurate shot or pass is the hallmark of the accomplished dribbler.

UAE’s for dribbling
Unacceptable - the dribble does not complete with a shot or pass.
Acceptable - the dribble completes with an accurate shot or pass.
Excellent - the dribble beats an opponent and completes with an accurate shot or pass.
All players of all ages use the same size layout, which is taken from the Illinois agility test. Using the ball size as mandated by the local FA guidelines for their age.
White Grade
Players must move the ball around a standardised course passing and receiving the ball at the set points. They have 60seconds to complete the course.
Progressions to Black Grade
The players must move the ball with both feet, moving faster, showing more consistency and utilising mulitple parts of the foot to complete the challenge .
Back in the Games
Once a colour challenge is passed the player returns to the games and now attempts the UAE’s with the added constraint of their next colour level. i.e. Completing red grade demonstrates equal ability with both feet. It is now Unacceptable to use the strong foot, and A and E can only be achieved with ‘weak’ foot play.
